My birthday weekend started off right with my new camera being delivered! I ended up choosing the Nikon D3100 and check out this fabulous (stylish as well as soft on the inside) new strap Jay got me for my birthday from Lucky Straps!
Friday night, a few of the girls came down to celebrate my birthday the night before the shower. We went out to Jacky’s Galaxie for some delicious dinner & scorpion bowls (well, make that lemonade for me!)
And check out these awesome gifts I got! “Mommy’s Time Out” wine & two awesome cookbooks (Deceptively Delicious and Hungry Girl)!
Saturday was my shower! It was at 1149 East in Seekonk, Mass. (one of my favorite restaurants!)

Saturday afternoon we spent a few hours going through all the clothes, books and toys from the shower and ended up with 5 piles to bring to my Mom’s house (who will be washing them all for me haha Thanks, Mom!)
Saturday night we headed out to dinner then to Redlefsen’s for drinks (again, lemonade for me!)

Sunday, Jay and I spent time doing some assembly! We put together the car seat/stroller, high chair and swing!
Sunday night, Jay & I went out to the Cheesecake Factory for dinner to celebrate my birthday! We had delicious nachos for appetizers, great dinners and the BEST cheesecake!
