We don't have much going on this weekend; may get some visitors to meet the baby on Saturday and may go to a local festival in town on Sunday, but that's about it!

Weekend Recap

Thursday one of my co-worker friends came up to visit with her adorable one year old. Him and Batman really hit it off

Saturday we headed down to Stamford to one of Jay’s friends 30th surprise birthday party!

It was at Paradise Bar & Grille; check out the gorgeous view!

His Mom had the newspaper from the day he was born as well as his baptism outfit, so cute!

Sunday two of my college girlies came to meet the C-Man! He loves being held by the pretty ladies

Batman Sundays: Car Travel

With the addition of a carseat, a stroller & many other a-baby item, Batman's travel crate was just not fitting into the Jeep. So what do we do? Not bring him with us places? Pshh no way. We needed another solution. I headed to PETCO to see what they had and found this Premium Seat Belt Harness.
We did not know how this would work. Would it be effective? Would he cooperate in it? So many questions. Well, we tested it out last weekend and not only does it work great (keeps him safe & in place!) but he is fine in it! He sits there like such a good boy and doesn't even try to fight it or cry. I love this new solution for him! Here's a few pics of it in action.

This weekend we have a party to go to on Saturday (more details to come next week) and then on Sunday two of my college girlies are coming to visit and meet C! Can't wait!What do you have on the schedule for this weekend?

Weekend Recap!

Thursday night we decided to go down to the park; it was a beautiful night! Then we went for frozen lemonade; yum

Friday was my Dad’s birthday so we went out for dinner at a restaurant in town that sits right on the water; it was beautiful!

Saturday night was a birthday party for my Dad

Sunday we just hung by the pool! Until it rained of course… Then at night we watched the fireworks off our deck

Monday was the 4th! We hung by the pool a little then cookout-hopped!

The boys were both decked in their patriotic attire!

Everyone’s tired on the way home…
