Weekend Recap

Friday night we went out to dinner to celebrate a friend’s recent new job! We headed to Hemenway’s in Providence – all I can say is “Delish!”

First thing Saturday morning we headed up to Boston for an over night that was a Christmas gift from my parents.

We stayed at the Copley Marriott – it was great! So much to do at an (indoor) walking distance – since it was snowing!

 

We walked through the mall and to the Cheesecake Factory for lunch (Yum!) Have you seen their (newer) Skinnylicious menu? They have TONS of options that are all less than 600 calories. I got an amazing (huge!) salad – so so good!

Then we did some shopping… Check out this outfit we saw at the Gap! No, we didn’t buy it (yet) – we’ll wait for a coupon or sale!

In the evening, we headed to this awesome bar called Drink. How it works is the bartender’s ask you what spirits and flavors you like. They take it and bring you back a custom (unique) drink! And if you don’t like it, no harm no foul. They take it back and make you something else What an experience!

Then we met up with a couple friends, had a fabulous dinner at Stephanie’s on Newbury and then hit up a nearby bar; Daisy Buchanan’s. What a FUN night!

Sunday we headed back home and picked Jack (at my Mom’s) and Batman (at the dogsitter’s). They both were well-behaved and got good reports!

Sunday night we went back to my Mom’s to watch the Pats game!
