So we’ve all seen this beauty on Pinterest right?
I recently tackled this project of making a 3 frame piece for above our bed. However, I knew traditional “map” colors wouldn’t work. Our bedroom is painted a light teal with dark woods and teal accents. So instead of just printing out maps as they are, I copied maps from Google into Microsoft Word, and then altered the color of them to have a teal accent. I got some frames off of Amazon, mounted the prints and voila!
Because where we live is in the same state as where we were married, I chose a slightly different approach.
1) Where we met: Fairfield, CT
2) Where we got engaged: Aruba
3) Where we married: Warren, RI
