Checking in: Sandy Aftermath
Watching the news this morning is making me realize just how blessed we are right now and how much WORSE we could have had it with Sandy. Our power went off a few times but kept coming back on and for that I am so grateful.

I thought of you as the storm was coming through; glad you guys are ok and you have power! I live in NH and we were really lucky as well; no flooding at my house and our power stayed on the whole time.
Yea, I was able to see FB a little yesterday and someone I know was all, oh it didn't do anything. I'm sick of people saying shit like that. Did she see NYC and Queens? NJ? I mean really? Sure, we got most of the damaging winds only but they got flooded like wow and there were 50 homes burned up in Queens. I am thankful we were lucky and just suffered power outage right now.
